During 2023, we carried out a complete house renovation. As part of the project, we needed to decide on the flooring for both the ground and first floors.
Our builder recommended Signature Me, and they were absolutely brilliant. For most of our downstairs area, we chose Amtico Rural Oak — a basketweave pattern in the hallway, transitioning to a 45-degree pattern as you enter the kitchen.
Signature Me worked closely with our builders to ensure the floor preparation was perfectly level and smooth before installing the Amtico flooring. The result is beautiful and easily stands up to the demands of a busy household.
For the stairs leading up to the first floor, Signature Me also supplied and fitted our carpets. To help us decide, we visited their showroom to view samples and discuss the different options. The carpet, thresholds, and underlay we chose were all excellent.
Whether we were speaking with Dean, Becky, or any of the team, everyone was consistently responsive, professional, and helpful.
The quality of their workmanship, products, and customer care is outstanding. If you’re looking for new flooring, I can’t recommend Signature Me highly enough.
Back in May we decided to have a tiled conservatory roof, that of course meant new floor and decorating!
Becky was very friendly and came around to measure up and give ideas on the best flooring.
Her estimate came in a timely manner and was very acceptable.
Finally the roof was on so a visit to the shop to make the selection, and Becky had recommended perfectly. Paul arrived to remove the old floor and fit the new. He was polite and friendly and a clean worker. All debris was removed and the new floor laid.
I am absolutely thrilled with result, but also all I came into contact with at Signature be it on the phone and in person. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We're currently renovating our upstairs and were looking for a new floor after completing some sound proofing work.
Carl came around and discussed some options with after listening to our objectives and requirements. He worked to our time frame and was able to provide us guidance as we worked toward a decision on what flooring to go with.
After selecting our new floor, the team arrived on time and were able to complete the job in two days. Phil did an excellent job and also went above and beyond to help us with something unrelated.
We will be having signature me back for our stairs and downstairs as we progress with our renovation.
I would recommend signature me to anyone who is looking for a new floor.
Ordered scotia from this company via B&Q. Wasn’t provided a proper tracking number for my order. After querying this and asking about the status of my order, was given a vague response about delays. A week later the product still hasn’t arrived, and despite contacting them again I’ve received no updates on either the delivery of the product or confirmation that they will provide a refund. Flooring job now delayed as a result. Poor communication and really unprofessional.
