Simply Outstanding Service from start to Finish In mid-2024 we employed a builder, unfortunately he turned out to be a bad one and he left us with some very expensive nightmares throughout our home with many things badly done or left unfinished, so we fired him. We had a new kitchen but the sub floors in our kitchen and hallway that were unlevel and badly prepared so extremely difficult to re-lay, we were warned we needed someone good and someone we could trust to fix the mess. We invited 5/6 companies to come and look at our floors and none of them filled us with any confidence that they could correct the awful mess. Naturally we were very concerned how to move forward as our floors were so unlevel and we did not know how to move forward and were concerned with spiralling costs. Our brilliant new builder Iain recommended Simply Carpets and Flooring, he said they had a floor layer called Ronnie who was the best floor layer he knew, he was full of praise for this amazing family run business. Tania came to our home and immediately said oh no, however she quickly turned the negatives into positives, she said anything was doable it was just a question of how and did not over promise anything but added if anyone could do it her brother Ronnie could. Tania said she needed the expert advice of her brother Ronnie who would be laying the floors as he was extremely experienced so would know how we would all move forward so we all knew the real situation. A few days later Ronnie came to see us, and it is fair to say we liked him straight away, Tania then arranged a clear and reasonable quote and set out a schedule of works with Ronnie, we felt straight away that we had the right team in place and said yes. From that moment everything was incredibly professional from start to finish. We paid our deposit and our floors were ordered, we were kept informed, and the day approached for the floors to be laid. Ronnie, Noah and Ronnie’s son soon came and immediately took ownership of laying our new floors, it was clear they took immense pride in every aspect of our job. It was clear they had so much experience and were a great team to welcome into our home. Ronnie oversaw everything to his incredibly high standards of workmanship, and we are so grateful to everyone at Simply Flooring and Carpets for the efficiency and incredible service We now have beautiful flooring that has transformed our building site into a home. My cleaning company has carried out numerous jobs for Simply Carpets & Flooring over the years and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them - Always polite and cooperative, nothing is ever too much trouble. Brilliant company, high quality and excellent service! Could not be happier with our Amtico flooring, Tanya was so helpful as we had issues with our screed and another company had let us down, we were worried no one would take the job, but they did a proper analysis and really explained what the options were. Ronnie and Noah were absolutely fantastic at fitting, the nicest most personable people, we were sad when thet left! Thet are simply the best and would highly recommend!

I needed a carpet installed on a specific date. I went into the shop selected the carpet. Booked the fitter on the date I wanted. Everything happened a planned as requested and we are very happy with the new carpet. Job done. Thank you.
