Absolute messers these. Got told they had units available an someone would get back to me soon but ended up just wastin me time for weeks. Constant chasing up for updates an barely heard anythin back. Every time i rang it was different excuse or “someone will call yer later” an no one ever did. Dead frustrating when yer actually tryin sort somewhere out proper. Communication is awful an feels like they dont care once theyve got yer enquiry. If theres no places available just say that instead of stringin ppl along. Wouldnt bother dealin with them again.

Great service, had laser on my shoulder and a b12 injection. Emma is fab! Didn't feel the injection too much - considering I'm not a lover or needles!

Dropped off a couple of Christmas cakes for 'Break the silence' charity, made, decorated and donated by my wife. A more than worthy cause. All the units in RCM business centre look well kept, and thriving even in the current financial climate. A pleasant surprise.

Friendly atmosphere and welcoming when busy. Otherwise quiet .could do with heat in the place.
