Absolutely buzzing with my new LVT flooring from St Helens flooring. We couldn't decide what colour flooring to get because the showroom has so much choice! Mike let us take the sample boards home from the showroom so we could see what it looked like in our house which was really helpful. We kept coming back to the showroom and swapping the boards to take other samples home because we couldn't decide, we must of took half of the showroom home because we were so indecisive!
We finally decided on 'Elements Inspirations Classic Oak' which looks absolutely incredible. The fitting team where excellent and always arrived on time. We needed a lot of screed to build up our floor because it was really unlevel throughout the house. Neil was the fitter and he was very knowledgeable, he wouldn't lay the LVT floor until the screed was completely dry as he wanted the job to be done properly first time, he did not rush the job at all. If anyone is thinking about getting LVT and you want it fitted PROPERLY, then I would look no where else other than St Helens flooring

We started looking for new flooring about 3 months ago and visited Mike's shop in St Helens first, which immediately set the bar incredibly high. We did the usual rounds of the big-name chains afterward, but honestly, nobody gave us the confidence that Mike did.
Once we were ready, we went straight back to the store, picked our products, and placed the order.
Two weeks later—exactly as agreed and with absolutely no messing about—we got a text on the Friday from Terry, the installer, letting us know he’d be with us late Monday morning to level the floor. Monday came, and they were in and out in an hour.
We agreed that the main installation would be done on the Thursday. On Wednesday evening, Terry called to confirm the direction of the flooring and a few minor points. I mentioned that I needed to be in the office the next day and was expecting him at 9:00 AM. Without any fuss at all, Terry took it upon himself to get to our house for 8:00 AM so the work was underway before I even had to leave.
By midday, we were left with an absolute
masterpiece, exactly as we’d imagined it to be.
No fuss, no hassle—just good old-fashioned customer service. I cannot recommend this team enough. They did exactly what they said they would do, every single step of the way!
Couldn’t recommend St Helens flooring anymore! We’ve just had our whole house fitted, lvt herringbone downstairs and planks upstairs with a tapped stair carpet. It was an initial investment but the results speak for themselves. The whole team at St Helens flooring have been amazing throughout the process of measuring to fitting. They turn up when they say, super friendly and clearly all strive for perfection in everything they do. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Neil who fitted the lvt was exceptional as was the carpet fitter Danny.
Absolutely thrilled with our new flooring from St Helens Flooring. From start to finish the whole experience and team was fantastic. Mike and Terry were brilliant, professional, friendly and clearly take real pride in their work. Chloe and Sian in the shop were so nice and patient, The customer care was outstanding and the quality of the finish is exceptional. Our LVT herringbone flooring with antique design strips has completely transformed our new home on rookery place in rainford and we couldn’t be happier. Worth every penny. The house was spotlessly clean I have to add too after coming back to it, Highly recommend!
We had our floor done by St Helens Flooring Today. We are so happy with it, it looks better than we ever thought it would have. The fitters have done an excellent job, the finish is perfect, all of the edges are spot on and it is faultless overall.
The staff at the showroom as well as the fitters were all friendly too.
