I had an average experience with Studio Flooring Solihull. I had a confirmed date for my carpet fitting, but the fitters didn’t turn up and I only found out on the morning of the appointment when I received a call. They eventually came the following day for completing the works, but the lack of communication and the inconvenience really affected the overall customer experience. The service could definitely be more reliable and organised.
What a fantastic service provided by Studio Flooring! From start to finish Jake and John were friendly and professional and did a brilliant job laying new laminate flooring to the downstairs of our property and bathroom. They also laid carpet to our bedroom, landing and stairs. They left our property clean and tidy when they finished each day. Their price was very competitive and their workmanship was excellent! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others. Thank you both for doing such a great job, from two very happy customers!

I have now used JMFlooring for a new extension we had built on the side, they provided flooring for a shower room, corridor and laundry room and now have had them back to renew the kitchen floor. I can highly recommend Jake and his dad John, they did a fantastic job on all areas, paying attention to detail and were very tidy and courteous at all times. I will be using them for all my future flooring jobs.
Fantastic from start to finish. Jake and the team helped pick out the best design talking me through how the floor would look when finished. Jake and the team stuck the agreed timeline and the finished job looked better than I could have imagined. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.
