As we work with vulnerable families who have very limited disposable income, Kirsty and her team really stepped up and assisted us in securing new carpeting for a family who were in desperate need of new carpeting. Melissa and the team at Supafit Flooring Horsham have been so incredibly helpful and we are delighted with our new carpet. We needed new carpet on a relatively quick turnaround for a guest room and Melissa couldn’t have been more helpful - explaining all our different options, pros and cons and price points in the showroom, booking us in for measuring and installation quickly and was super responsive to any email queries we had even though she must be very busy. The team who came round to measure and then install the carpet were very friendly and efficient. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Supafit flooring to anyone considering new flooring at good value for money. We’ll definitely be returning customers - thank you!
This company has a great team. When we were in the showroom we were given plenty of good advice and given the opportunity to really think our options through. As we were buying a new build, timing was crucial. Due to their excellent communications, we were kept informed all the way. Consequently, we never worried about what might be happening. When they had finished we saw what they had completed and were very pleased with the finish and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Supafit Flooring have transformed the majority of the upstairs of our house including the stairs, which were threadbare and in desperate need of replacing. All the fitters arrived on time and worked extremely efficiently and courteously. We thoroughly recommend Supafit for any flooring needs and will definitely be using them again. All the team provided an excellent service: from Dave who measured up, the showroom staff who were knowledgeable and not pushy, and Melissa in the office, thank you.
Supafit were incredibly helpful with all of my (many) questions, were extremely accommodating to our needs (having to fit around our babies sleep schedule..) and were beyond fantastic on the day of fitting. We will be using them again for our hallway + stairs as well as will be recommending them. Thank you so much!
