I’ve used The Carpet and Bed Shop a couple of times now and they never fail!
Previously I had new flooring fitted in my old home following a flood in the kitchen; they were so responsive and quick to get me booked in - and honestly, saved the day.
More recently, we bought a new bed and we’re so pleased with it! The process was super easy, as we were able to see the beds on display in the shop, it came within 2 weeks and was delivered and installed too.

We recently had a beautiful Amtico floor fitted by The Carpet and Bed Shop, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
Abbie was fantastic from the very beginning. She took the time to guide us through the different options, helping us choose the perfect flooring, pattern, and colour during our visits to the store. We always left feeling confident that we’d made the right decision and chosen the right company.
The advice and communication throughout the whole process were excellent. Mathew, our fitter, was highly professional, tidy, and genuinely helpful with extra advice on the day. He did a superb job.
All in all, we are absolutely delighted with our new floor and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Carpet and Bed Shop to anyone. Outstanding service from start to finish!
I have used this business to refloor the whole of my property - in stages. From the outset communication was excellent, in person and by email. The fitters arrived on time and were tidy, including moving some items of heavy furniture. Prices for all flooring, carpet and LVT, is very competitive. Thank you Stuart, Abbie, Hannah etc for the excellent service.
Chose this retailer for its convenient location and reputation. We wanted Amtico LVT and were spoilt for choice due to the ranges and wood colours. The shop was very accommodating by allowing us to take their larger samples home to get a clearer idea during different light conditions. All staff from the point of sale, advice of product and indeed the fitting were excellent. I unreservedly recommend this local family-run business.
Great Service. Visited showroom to choose carpet, 3 days later Stuart (owner) came to measures up. Within a week of first contact carpet fitted. Would highly recommend this family run business
