Tom was extremely helpful in helping us choose what flooring was suitable for our household and he was very happy to accommodate our need for fitting it quickly due being on a tight deadline. Outstanding service from Tom and the team! We were annoying customers as could not do everything in one go due to still refurbishing purchased house. Tom was understanding and worked with his fitters around our schedule, doing sections of the house as the work progressed. Fitters were professional and left the place clean. I recently opened a new shop and needed some new flooring, I had lot of recommendations for the carpet company so thought I'd pop in. As soon as I walked in Judith was super helpful, showing me samples and asking lots of questions. Tom then also popped in and explained everything. He measured the space and gave me a couple of options depending on budgets/timing. I had a difficult deadline to hit and Tom was finished 3 days earlier than expected. The finish is immaculate and exactly as I asked, nothing was too much of a problem. His communication is great, you can really tell he cares about his work and his reputation. I could not be happier with my new LVT flooring. Really high quality and well fitted. Always best to shop and support local! Thank you Tom and your team!
We had an absolutely brilliant service from Tom and team. We visited the shop to look for some LVT flooring for our hall, lounge and kitchen and Tom was really knowledgeable and helpful. Tom visited our home to measure the space and provided a quote which we were very happy with. The work was completed to a really high standard and we are so pleased with it. Communication with Tom was great and we are really pleased to use a local service, would highly recommend and use again.
I’m so happy with the work done by Tom and his team. Tom was knowledgeable and gave great advice on what works best. Pricing was fair and compared very favourably with some of the bigger companies where you end up subsidising other people’s interest free credit.
We had a teenager’s bedroom carpet, Karndean dining room floor and a stair runner to compliment existing Karndean flooring in the hallway. I’m so happy with all of them!
The fitters were friendly, turned up when they were supposed to, did a flawless fitting job and cleared up after themselves. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely use the Carpet Company again.
