Just had Textures Honey Oak LVT laid in the kitchen and hallway by The Carpet and Flooring Store, Tarleton and could not be happier, from first entering the store we have been given plenty of advice and information on the types of options available to us, the price was very competitive but to top it off the fitters have done an amazing job and we now have a stunning new floor. Thank you all.
We couldn’t be happier with the service from Steve and his team! From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand exactly what we wanted. He offered honest advice, helped us make decisions without any pressure, and clearly has a wealth of experience in flooring.
What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to fit in with our decorating time scales. Nothing was too much trouble, and he worked around us to make sure everything ran smoothly. It made the whole process completely stress-free.
Not only did he help us choose the perfect flooring, but he also made sure we got the best possible deal, always keeping our best interests at heart. The quality of the workmanship from him and his team was excellent, and the finish is absolutely perfect.
If you’re looking for a flooring company you can trust, with fantastic service and genuine care for their customers, I would highly recommend Steve and his team!
Cannot Recommend enough!! We purchased our first home and came to Stephan at the shop where we was greeted with nothing but helpful and knowledgeable customer service which then led us to purchase some flooring him with him.
The process was hassle free, Great price and any questions we had was answered straight away! The fitter was great aswell, came on time and cracked straight on.
After the service received from our first purchase with them I won't be going anywhere else moving forward. Thanks again to the team
