Really pleased with the team. Communications were great and were very helpful with suggestions too. We got a runner installed on the staircase in a four floor house with whipped edges. Installation was fantastic by the very hard working Steve despite the hot weather! Terry, the owner, managed to match the whipped edges to our chosen banister choice with great precision.
They also installed a hallway and two bedrooms carpets at the same time and they all look fantastic.

We are very happy with our new laminate flooring. They were able to get the job done extremely quickly--from ordering to fitting in under a week! The team who did the fitting were very helpful and quick. They removed the old carpet and worked round the bedroom furniture and left the place clean and tidy and we were able to use the 2 bedrooms the same day.
Wanted kitchen floor done this time, but they hardly ever answer phone. They did our flat a couple of years ago. The guys that did it were very good. But on a 1st appointment No one turned up after pulled out everything. Was when complained they re-arranged a 2nd date to come. Their office and organisation section is terrible. They need to employ someone to be in shop all day to take calls. We have tried several times, if No joy will go with someone else. Half cup full is No way to run a business.
Great experience! Terry the owner was friendly and helpful and great at recommending a carpet that matched our requirements and looked great in the room. He also advised us that the floor tiles in the adjoining en-suite protruded too far out under the door into the room we wanted to carpet. This allowed us to remove some of the floor tiles and improve the finish of the room. The fitters were also friendly and helpful, advising us on the positioning of the joining strip to accommodate future changes to adjoining spaces. Really pleased with the carpet quality and the price was reasonable compared to other companies providing the same. Would highly recommend.
I’ve used Terry Scott and London Carpet and Flooring Co since my first (personal) renovation job 13 years ago.
