Fantastic experience from start to finish. Spencer was incredibly professional, patient and helpful while I figured out exactly what I wanted. Communication was excellent throughout, which made the whole process stress free. Spencer got me booked in really quickly, the vinyl flooring in the hallway and bathroom has been fitted perfectly and looks great. It was a pleasure meeting you, highly recommend using them.

Vine brothers flooring came to my rescue and we're very prompt. Great communication from Spencer, I explained what I needed to be done and told me exactly what was going on, no hidden prices, and they were in and out. And the first flooring company that actually cleared up after themselves and kept the place tidy.

I couldn’t recommend Vine Brothers enough. Spencer, Scott, Felix and George were a pleasure to deal with and the work was perfection! From providing a quote that was very reasonable to levelling and fitting the LVT. They didn’t a fantastic job matching the pattern of the LVT in the conservatory to the kitchen. I had a new kitchen delivered the morning they started work and they went out of their way to move things around in the conservatory to make sure it all fit so they could access the kitchen and my brand new kitchen didn’t have to go outside in the rain. I would ONLY use Vine for my flooring moving forward. I also love the personalised touch - no cats allowed in the kitchen (that’s just been levelled) I have only experienced a few companies that deliver exceptional service and Vine is one of them. The Vine Brothers were professional, polite and focused. They came recommended by PlumbGuys, who have been doing our plumbing for our extension. This was a seamless transition from the UFH being fitted by the plumbers to the very next day, having the latex flooring laid by The Vine Brothers. It looks great and Spencer popped back to check on it, smoothing a few bits out to make sure it was perfect. Spencer also gave us some useful advice on cleaning our current LVT floor and suggestions for flooring in the extension. These guys really care about what they do, and they do it very well. Highly recommend.
