Everyone at Yorkshire Flooring Company delivered the highest customer service in every interaction. They were not pushy at any point, they listened to us and were willing to explain everything at each stage of the job, they gave us advice and guidance which led to the perfect floor being chosen.
We needed someone to come and fix an awful installation job by a large chain. Craig, Andrea, Kyle and Andy were all amazing, we LOVE our new floor and are once again comfortable in our home, thank you so much guys.
Very happy with my carpet. Customer service is brilliant and quality of carpet an the way it was fitted was perfect!
Highly recommend!
They have allowed me to take multiple samples home so I can choose right carpet for me. ♥️
Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone is super friendly, knows what they’re talking about and happy to help. Delighted with our new engineered flooring. Lots of compliments already. Thanks folks!
Simply stunning stair runner supplied and fitted by Yorkshire Flooring Company. From the first contact at their showroom, to measuring, pricing and fitting the service was first class. Creating a striped runner on a winding stairs requires incredible skill. And the finish is perfection. Cannot rate them or recommend them high enough. Thank you
Our new floor is absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't be happier. Dan and Jake were brilliant, I can't thank them enough for the work they put into getting our floor perfect. We'd had a nightmare with a poorly fitted previous floor, which threw up many problems and challenges, but Dan/Jake never complained, their only concern was making sure that we were happy.
We've since come back to Yorkshire Flooring Co for recarpetting some areas, and the level of quality is exactly the same as the LVT floor. Can't recommend them highly enough!
