Tile Planet – Bath Planet

We had 3 bathrooms and a g/f toilet to refurbish. We looked around at a number of bathroom showrooms for ideas. We found Tile Planet to have great choices of quality branded bathroom suppliers, from tiles, showers, taps, to designer toilets all priced competitive. The staff had great knowledge and ability to put our needs together, make our plumbers job easier. We wanted high quality, reliable products. Now all fitted out and we’re enjoying our bath time.

Great experience with Tile planet. The customer service was brilliant. They were very helpful and knowledgable and all my questions were answered and honest. They have a fabulous selection of tiles for all budgets. We chose the Stardom Premium Gold Polished Tiles for the wall. Siraj was our main sales person and always willing to help and spent plenty of time advising us on our selection for bathroom full renovation, thanks for your patience. Delivery timescales were honoured within timescale. I was let down by one of the builders we had no toilet or shower to use. Ilyas the owner kindly recommended builders in our time of need and even had a word with few of them as my mother is elderly, and upon recommendation I was very happy of the builder Amit and his work. Well what can I say. Im so pleased with how the bathroom renovation looks. All parts for the bathroom renovation were bought from Tile Planet. Ilyas dealt with my order and the service he gave was exemplary, during the planning stage (pre order) we changed our mind numerous times with details and during this stage Ilyas was always on hand to give good advice and suggestions. The quality of the products (JTP + others) are also good quality. The installers said this numerous times during the install. The entire process from planning, ordering to delivery was faultless. I will definitely be recommending Tile Planet to friends/family and will be my go to for any future renovations that I may undertake.

Tile Planet, Leicester has such a wide variety of good quality bathroom and flooring products with very friendly and helpful staff. Shohel was very kind and helpful and guided us when we were choosing materials and designing our own bathroom for renovations. He was able to give us really useful advice and a very reasonable price for everything we ordered including stylish fitted bathroom furniture, bath, tiles, and even advised us with the types and qualities of fixtures required and adhesive and grout. We were very grateful for the advice and help! The delivery team came as planned and were very helpful in placing the materials carefully in an organised manner. When there was an element missing on delivery they were very prompt and came back same day to deliver these. Later, we noted only the toilet seat as part of the fitted unit set was cracked but everything else was fine. Shohel helped to get a replacement very quickly and efficiently.
