Recently had our new kitchen floor installed by Tonbridge Flooring Studio who have been amazing throughout!! A massive thank you to Rob and his brilliant team who have been avaliable and quick to respond to any questions and installed the floor to a very high standard and within the expected timescales. Woukd highly recommend this great local flooring company thank you !!
Superb, Rob was really helpful and managed to turn my order around really fast. The fitters who came were friendly and very professional, they've done a FAB job, couldn't be happier!
Avoid using Tonbridge Flooring Studio.
The owner, Rob, ordered the incorrect carpet for our job, which immediately caused delays. After that, the fitting date was repeatedly pushed back with one excuse after another — first the fitter was supposedly off sick, then we were told the carpet had arrived damaged.
At that stage we requested our deposit to be returned, which should have been straightforward. Instead, this was also delayed, with Rob ignoring calls and failing to respond to repeated requests asking why the money had still not been refunded.
Overall, an extremely frustrating experience with poor communication, constant delays, and very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Contacted TFS for a quote, arranged time for a quote, they bought samples and unfortunately never provided a quote. Phoned twice in the fortnight following the appointment and spoke to them to chase, no quote ever provided and no apology for the delay.
Friendly whenever I’ve spoken to them just super disappointing - would rather they let us know they don’t want the job.
Independent local shop provides good quality products. Friendly service and good price.I would recommend Robert and his team all very helpful. Will use again.
