I saw Trade Carpets Clitheroe via an Instagram post from Nicola Edwards carpet edging as I was looking for carpet for my hallway, stairs and landing with a runner on the stairs. I'm absolutely blown away with the result. Everything was communicated clearly and everything was dealt with in a really friendly manner from visiting the showroom, to coming to measure to final fitting day. I can't thank you enough for bringing my vision to life!
Spent a lot of time at Trade Carpets discussing the best carpet for our house with Ollie. He was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He ordered extra samples for us which were delivered directly to our house. We thought about it and subsequently changed our mind on the type of carpet but that wasn’t a problem for him and they simply showed us different styles and ordered more samples. We went ahead and the carpet was fitted on the date specified by their fitter, James, who was equally friendly and did a fantastic job. 5 star service all round and would definitely recommend.
From when I first went into the shop the staff on site were so friendly and helpful. They talked through the different options and allowed to look at different ranges for prices. Helped me with some samples that I was able to take home. There was no pressure at all to purchase. I then placed an order and they told me at all stages where my order was up to and communicated with me when the carpet had come into stock and my expected fitting date. They then contacted me with a cancellation slot which was much earlier than I expected so was really grateful for them squeezing us in. The the fitter has been today and done a beautiful job. He was super friendly and nice and did a really thorough job. Customer service throughout has been amazing and I would definitely recommend them. We will definitely be looking to come again when we next need to replace carpets. Thanks very much
Trade Carpets carried out a full recarpeting of our new retail store, a challenging job spread over two levels with lots of tricky areas plus a curved staircase, requiring some floor resurfacing and replacing the staircase noses.
Everything was superb from start to finish, from the initial consultation in which they recommended suitable carpets through to the final fitting. Looks perfect, very pleased. 100% recommend.
We were very impressed with Trade Carpets, Clitheroe, from our very first visit to our decision to use them to supply all the flooring for our new house. We found Ollie, Fiona, Franny and Harriet to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping us make a decision. They understood our budget and at no time did they try to get us to spend more than we wanted to. They gave us lots of advice as we hadn't bought carpets in a number of years and technology and materials change over the years. The fitters they have have worked for them for many years and clearly have a skill and pride in their work, in our opinion going above and beyond what we have experienced over the years. The Company came well recommended to us and we can now pass that on and highly recommend them to others!
