I found all the staff at Trade Carpets to be very helpful. Trish was incredibly knowledgeable about sofas, and I could have spent all day sitting on them and making myself comfortable. However I wasn’t there to buy a sofa, sadly, but to look at flooring. Lee is the expert and gave me very good advice about choice, quality and price and recommended what would be most suitable for my house. I’m delighted with the results and must also mention the fitters who were friendly, respectful and super efficient. All in all a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Lee assisted us when choosing our stair & hallway carpet, he was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tony the fitter, was very professional & friendly. We are super pleased with the outcome.

I cannot recommend this company enough from the moment we entered the show room to meeting Lee and his team was a delight. Lee offered us professional honest expert advice on various carpets and flooring. The fitting team were prompt, professional and helped with moving of a large wardrobe. I would highly recommend this company.
