We had a fantastic experience with trim and tuck from the showroom through to fitting. Everyone who works here is courteous and professional, the quality of the fitting and the whipping on our stair runners was excellent, and they pulled out all the stops to fit our stair carpet by Christmas when we only placed the order in early December. I wouldn’t hesitate to get any more flooring we need from the team here and have already recommended them to some friends.

From start to finish Trim & Tuck Lea Bridge Road were friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and made some brilliant suggestions too. They had a great range of natural carpets to choose from and were able to fit around out plans when it came to visiting us for a quote and to install. The team were polite and fast the whole thing took around an hour. I totally recommend Trim & Tuck and will definitely go back to them when we decorate the next bedroom.

We recently used Trim & Tuck and were very happy with the overall experience. The communication throughout was particularly very good — clear, prompt, and easy from start to finish. The carpet fitters, Adam and Joshua, were excellent. They were professional, efficient, and took great care in their work, leaving everything looking neat and tidy.
