5 months agoThe team at west coast floors did an amazing job for me fitting 150 m2 of detailed LVT and 90m2 of carpeting fitting all in a week! I was on a tight timeline but they completed the works as agreed on time and within budget! Can’t thank you enough and will certainly be using again and highly recommend.

8 months ago⭐⭐ 2-Star Review: Mixed Experience and Poor Service Recovery Overall, the fitting itself was very good. However, we experienced a significant issue. During installation, the fitter laid the vinyl flooring directly over a piece of debris or a small stone. When I cleaned the floor after the work was complete, my vacuum cleaner immediately skimmed off the top layer of the vinyl, causing damage. While the majority of the job was satisfactory, this major oversight means the new floor is already compromised. When I contacted the company owner, he was dismissive and told me I was incorrect. He claimed it was impossible to vacuum up a stone from under felt-backed vinyl, implying I must have stepped on it or tried to vacuum it from the surface. I had to clarify that the stone was actually still stuck in the felt backing, and I had to remove it myself. To prevent further damage, I was forced to glue the top of the vinyl down. The lack of accountability and the owner's outright dismissal of my clear explanation significantly added to my disappointment with the overall service.

8 months agoFantastic from beginning to fitting. Really pleased I found a great local company for our new bedroom carpet. The Showroom is really well laid out, not overwhelming or confusing like some of the "big brands" and WCF were cheaper too! Savanna was really helpful with advice when we chose the carpet and kept us really well informed up to fitting date. Fitters were tidy, professional and did a great job. Will definitely be back when we start on the next room! Highly recommend 5*.
