Had our flooring done by Whiston Carpets - from the beginning they have provided an amazing customer service. The floor fitters, Andy & "Con" have gone above and beyond coming checking the condition of the floor, damp proofing, ensuring their work is completed to a high standard and working over the bank holiday weekend to complete it. Couldn't recommend a better company, amazing service & fabulous floor done by the lads for our home. Arrived early and worked to completion without asking for a thing from us all day, left to just do the job and was done superbly. 5* star service, highly recommended.
Great service today fitting new flooring in our lounge. Fitters were brilliant, no messing around, straight into the job and even navigated around my heavy bespoke fish tank which was stripped to make it as light as I could. Well done and looking forward to getting the conservatory done in August.
From the day I went in for carpets the experience has been exceptional. Terry gave great advice and personally came out to measure up. My carpets were fitted at a date and time convenient to me with no problems. Matty and Jay (fitters) did an excellent job, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend Whiston Carpets for all your flooring needs.
Absolutely amazing service from Whiston Carpets!
We had new carpet fitted on our stairs, landing and bedroom, along with new laminate flooring in our hall and kitchen. The lads were fantastic from start to finish, helping us choose the styles we wanted in the shop before coming to fit and lay everything.
We only had to wait two weeks from choosing our flooring to having it fitted, which was brilliant. We honestly can't fault the fitters – they were so friendly, professional and kept everything neat and tidy once they'd finished.
There was a slight delay with one of the carpets arriving from overseas, but this wasn't an issue for us as the lovely team kept us informed throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent from beginning to end.
It's always a pleasure to deal with Whiston Carpets, and we would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous new flooring or carpets!
