The carpet fitter Manny was very friendly courteous and professional and did a fantastic job on my stairs. Thank you guys I will be recommending you to others and I will use you again.

2 weeks agoI thought long and hard about having a new floor in my house, but I must say I am very pleased with it thanks to all the staff at Your New Floor. Sarah and Chloe both talked me through several options and Chris and Jack made a first class job of fitting it. When the boxes of LVT were brought into my house they were not as I had expected from the small sample. Chris realised I wasn’t happy straight away, but it was no problem to him, he phoned the office and between them the staff organised another brand to be ordered. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and their concern was that I would be happy with the end result. And I am thrilled. Thank you to all of you and I would highly recommend this company.

3 weeks agoAbsolutely fantastic company, couldn’t fault Tony and his team one bit. Extremely helpful from shopping at Your New Floor’s showroom right up until fitting of carpet. Extremely professional and communication throughout the whole process was second to none. Extremely quick turn around, and very reasonably priced. The gents who fitted the carpet were both fantastic, their singing was great too!! Thanks again Your New Floor, would highly recommend this company to anyone needing new flooring or carpet fitted.
