4 months agoSo this is what happens when you engage with the right Contractor! Old banisters replaced with beautiful square modern spindles and new handrails, hardwood lounge flooring replaced with a beautiful soft carpet and the old laminate hallway flooring replaced with luxury LVT laid in a herringbone style. The team from Your New Floor really are at the top of their game; from the initial contact to the completed job I can honestly say everything has been perfect!

The carpet fitter Manny was very friendly courteous and professional and did a fantastic job on my stairs. Thank you guys I will be recommending you to others and I will use you again.

2 months agoYour New Floor is a fabulous company, right from when Tony came out to measure our new build and kitchen, to Sarah in the showroom who went through the different floor types. We chose Amtico For the kitchen, hall, downstairs we and sunroom and carpet for the living room. Chris has done a first class job with the Amtico, a clean professional worker, who happens to be one of the nicest workmen we have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so thrilled with the flooring. The carpet is being laid Monday and both Ross and Glen have been in this week to help move furniture etc, so I am sure we will be a thrilled with that. We 100% recommend Your New Floor and will use them for the upstairs rooms next year.

We needed to find a suitable vinyl for our new shower room and the staff member couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us while we went through quite a few sample swatches until we found the right one for us. It was promptly ordered for us and was ready for pick up a couple days later. Well worth five stars!

3 months agoExtremely pleased with the service we received from Your New Floor. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we were welcomed by Sarah and we knew at that point that we had made the right choice of company. Carpet fitters (Glenn and Ross) arrived today. They were extremely polite and helpful and did an amazing job in our lounge. We were also very pleased with the fitting of the blinds to our kitchen by Tony. Thank you to all involved. We will not hesitate in recommending Your New Floor to friends and family in the future.
