So this is what happens when you engage with the right Contractor! Old banisters replaced with beautiful square modern spindles and new handrails, hardwood lounge flooring replaced with a beautiful soft carpet and the old laminate hallway flooring replaced with luxury LVT laid in a herringbone style. The team from Your New Floor really are at the top of their game; from the initial contact to the completed job I can honestly say everything has been perfect!

A great experience from these guys from start to finish, lovely showroom lady that gave us all the help we needed. The carpet fitter Manny was very friendly courteous and professional and did a fantastic job on my stairs. Thank you guys I will be recommending you to others and I will use you again.

Great place to pick out new flooring! We needed to find a suitable vinyl for our new shower room and the staff member couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us while we went through quite a few sample swatches until we found the right one for us. It was promptly ordered for us and was ready for pick up a couple days later. Well worth five stars!

When my stairs carpet came loose they sent a fitter within 2 days who found the gripper had failed, so replaced it and refined the entire staircase. The fitter was polite, friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

I can’t recommend this team enough! Sarah was a pleasure to deal with during my first enquiry, and Chloe made choosing the right carpet so easy when she brought the samples round. A huge thanks to Glen and Ross, who carried out the installation today. They arrived right on time at 9 am, were incredibly friendly, and did a brilliant job cleaning up after themselves. Every step of the way, the communication and service have been top-notch.
